Angelic Empowerment LLC was founded with one clear mission: to support students with special needs and empower families with the tools they need to succeed.
Founder Angel De Leon brings over 8 years of experience in special education and holds a Master’s degree in Educational Psychology with a focus on Autism Intervention.
Throughout her career, she recognized a gap between what students needed and the support many families were able to access outside of the classroom.
She saw firsthand how students thrive when they receive individualized attention, structured support, and consistent strategies that extend beyond school. At the same time, she understood that parents often need guidance, confidence, and practical tools to support their children at home.
Angelic Empowerment LLC was created to bridge that gap.
Through personalized tutoring, IEP-aligned instruction, and parent training, the goal is not only to improve academic performance but to build confidence, independence, and real-life skills that last beyond the classroom.

While Angelic Empowerment primarily offers in-home support, virtual sessions may be available depending on the student’s age, level of independence, learning profile, and service needs. This option can be discussed during the free consultation.

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is requested for cancellations or rescheduling. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full, except in cases of emergency or illness.
For in-home sessions, a parent or approved adult must be present in the home for the full duration of the session. Services are provided in a safe, respectful environment, and sessions may be ended if safety concerns arise.
Families may be asked to share relevant portions of the student’s IEP, goals, accommodations, and recent progress information so services can be tailored appropriately. All student information is handled confidentially and used only to support instruction and planning.
Photos, videos, or recordings are only used with written parent consent. Families may choose to allow educational documentation only, marketing use only, both, or neither. No-face and hands-only options can be selected when applicable.
This form allows Angelic Empowerment LLC to review educational records to better support your child’s learning needs.

Yes. Angelic Empowerment primarily offers in-home services for families who prefer personalized support in a familiar setting.
Services are designed for students with diverse learning needs, including students with autism and those who benefit from IEP-aligned support, academic tutoring, and life skills instruction.
Start by completing the intake form, then finish the required documents, and finally book your consultation or session online.
If your child has an IEP, sharing relevant information helps us better align instruction and support goals, but we will only review records with your written consent.
